How do you order with Saei Al Asema?
Learn the steps from creating a customer account to confirming handover. Saei Al Asema coordinates shopping and delivery in Abu Dhabi and is currently preparing to launch.
1. Create a customer account and verify your email
Register your name, email, contact number and password, then open the email verification link. Customers do not need to upload an ID. The phone number is a way to contact you about orders.
Driver accounts have different requirements: Emirates ID, driving licence, vehicle registration and admin review. Document records use the original English name. This review does not authenticate documents against government records.
2. Choose your order type and locations
Choose shopping and delivery, or collection of a prepaid order or ready item. Add quantities, details and instructions, a pickup point from Google Maps or the map, and the delivery address and building number.
An accepted location link shows a confirmation in the order. Review the location and address before submitting so the trip is clear to the driver.
3. Compare driver quotes and review the total
Drivers quote their delivery charge. Review the available driver information and quote before choosing; there is no single charge for every trip. The current platform fee is AED 5, plus approved purchases for shopping orders.
For shopping orders, the driver sends the shop price for approval before buying. Prepaid orders and ready items do not need a new purchase amount added.
4. Follow the order and use the displayed payment method
Use the order chat and follow status updates and pickup documentation when available. Current payment methods are cash or the driver’s own Ziina link, rather than an automatic card charge inside the site.
A Ziina payment may require a receipt upload, then the driver checks that funds actually arrived. When the order arrives, check the handover before sharing the delivery code. For problems, use the company WhatsApp or admin email.
Before relying on service availability
The project is intended for Abu Dhabi and is preparing to launch. Follow company announcements for updates. Driver availability, acceptance and pickup location determine whether a trip can proceed; no fixed delivery time or coverage outside Abu Dhabi is announced.
