Shopping and delivery in Abu Dhabi
From household essentials to a purchase at a shop you choose, Saei Al Asema brings shopping and delivery details into one order. The driver checks the purchase price with you before buying and delivers to the address you provide.
What should your shopping request include?
Enter the shop, products, quantities and any acceptable substitutes. Share the pickup location through a Google Maps link or select it on the map, then add the delivery address, building number and useful instructions.
Clear details help you compare delivery quotes and reduce changes. Purchases must be lawful and suitable for transport under the platform terms; do not request prohibited goods or goods requiring unavailable permits.
Approve the purchase price before buying
The purchase value you enter is an estimate. The driver checks the shop price and sends it for your approval in the order before buying. Review product or price changes in the order chat.
The purchase price is separate from delivery and the platform fee. A payment receipt alone does not confirm that funds arrived; the driver checks actual receipt of bank payments.
How is the order priced?
The driver quotes a delivery charge. The current AED 5 platform fee and the purchase amount you approve are added. Review the total and the displayed payment method before proceeding.
Current payment options are cash or the driver’s own Ziina link, as shown in the order. The site does not automatically charge a card or guarantee one delivery price for all shops and distances.
Service area and order updates
The project is intended for Abu Dhabi and is preparing to launch. Check company updates before relying on availability; acceptance depends on driver availability and the pickup and delivery locations.
After choosing a driver quote, follow the order status and use its chat. Pickup documentation is visible when attached. Share the delivery code only after receiving your order.
