Pickup and delivery for prepaid orders and ready items
If your purchases are already paid for or an item is ready for collection, Saei Al Asema can help coordinate delivery only. The order records pickup, delivery and the instructions the driver needs.
When should you choose delivery only?
Use this option when a shop order is already paid and you do not need the driver to buy anything, or when you have a permitted item ready to move between two locations.
Confirm that the item is ready and the pickup contact knows about the collection. Check the terms before sending an item; do not request transport of prohibited or unsafe contents.
Details that help the driver collect the right item
Share the pickup point using Google Maps or the map, and provide the business name, order reference or item description and collection instructions. Do not include passwords or bank card details.
Add the delivery address, building number and clear access instructions. Use the order chat for changes after selecting a driver so instructions remain linked to that trip.
Price and payment
Prepaid orders and ready items have no new purchase amount added. Review the driver’s delivery quote and the current AED 5 platform fee, then choose your quote before work starts.
Payment follows the method displayed in the order: cash or the driver’s Ziina link. Uploading a receipt alone does not prove funds arrived; the driver checks actual receipt of transfers.
Updates, handover and service area
Follow the status on the site and contact the driver through the order chat. Pickup documentation appears when attached, and a delivery photo may also be provided. A photo does not replace handover or payment confirmation.
The project is intended for Abu Dhabi and is preparing to launch. No fixed arrival time is announced; check driver availability, pickup details and company updates. Keep the delivery code until the item is actually received.
